The Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, (MSME) Shri Kalraj Mishra, inaugurated a “Vocational Training & Incubation Centre” setup by National Small Industries Corporation limited (NSIC) in Kigali, Rwanda on 16th January 2015. Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD NSIC was also present.
