NSIC successfully conducted a full day Training Program under the Rashtriya Karmayogi – Large Scale Jan Seva Program (RK-LSJSP) on 22 November 2025 at the Advanced Training Centre, Okhla, New Delhi, with the participation of Chief Managers and Managers. The program was inaugurated by Sh. Manoj Lal, Executive Director, NSIC , who motivated participants to uphold the spirit of “Seva Bhaav” in their daily work—transitioning from a rule-bound approach to one driven by purpose, problem-solving, and measurable public impact. The session was facilitated by NSIC’s certified Master Trainers , who led the participants through practical learning and reflective exercises aimed at strengthening citizen-centric service delivery. This initiative is part of NSIC’s continued commitment to fostering a responsive, empowered, and impact-driven workforce under the Mission Karmayogi framework.
