NSIC successfully conducted a full-day Training Program under the Rashtriya Karmayogi – Large Scale Jan Seva Program (RK-LSJSP) on 29 November 2025 at the Advanced Training Centre, Okhla, New Delhi, with active participation from Managers. The program was inaugurated by Sh. O. P. Singh, SGM (Technology), NSIC, who encouraged participants to embrace Seva Bhaav and shift from a rule-bound mindset to a purpose-driven, citizen-centric approach that delivers measurable public impact. NSIC’s certified Master Trainers led insightful sessions featuring practical learning, real-life scenarios, and reflective exercises to strengthen problem-solving capabilities and enhance service delivery. This initiative reinforces NSIC’s commitment to building an empowered, responsive, and impact-oriented workforce under the Mission Karmayogi framework.
