Malhotra, President on behalf of DLF Industries Association in an interaction & felicitation program organised by DLF Industries Association, Faridabad.
The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd.-NSIC and National Productivity Council signed MOU wherein both organisations agreed to set up "Centre of Excellence for Industry 4.0" in the campus of NSIC Technical Services Centre, Okhla, New Delhi, India. Shri Jual Oram, Honorable Minister, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India visited NSIC Incubation Centre, New Delhi on 12-04-2017 to know about self-employment opportunities through the Incubation program of NSIC in the country. Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC apprised the Honorable Minister of the NSIC Incubation program for small enterprise establishment and skill development and also its various schemes for the growth of MSME sector. Sh. P Udayakumar, Director (Planning & Marketing) visited Shillong on the 12thMarch, 2017. During his visit to Shillong, the Director had a meeting with the representative of Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Meghalaya and entrepreneurs engaging with different business traits from Shillong and other North Eastern States.
Shri P. Udayakumar, Director (PM) visited 24th International Guwahati Trade Fair-2017 and interacted with local MSMEs and motivated them entrepreneurs. He also interacted with Shri. Shamsuddin Ahmed, Director, Export Promotion Bureau, Bangladesh and others Foreign Exhibitors and exhilarated them to participate in the fair next year also.

Ravindra Nath presented his views on Potential of both Malaysian and Indian SMEs working together in driving Economic Growth of both countries. Dr. Hafsah Hashmi, CEO, SME CORP. Malaysia moderated the session. Number of MSMEs from India and Malaysia participated in the event.

Rajput, Deputy General Manager, NSIC-LBI, Kashipur inaugurated the job fair. <br/> The objective of the Job Fair was to provide employment opportunities through campus placement to trainees undergoing various demand driven, industry oriented skill/ Entrepreneurship development training courses run by the centre and other institutes in the vicinity i.e. Government Polytechnic, Kashipur, Govt. ITI, Kashipur, Bazpur and Jaspur, Shriram Institue of Management & Technology. <br/> The 07 companies from divergent fields like M/s. J.S. Industries, Kashipur, M/s. V-Guard Industries Ltd., Kashipur, M/s. Tosha International, Kashipur, M/s. Good Wear Fashions, Pantnagar, M/s. Kashipur Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Vectus Industries Limited, Mahuakheraganj, M/s. Akanschha Beauty Parlor, Kashipur participated in the event and selected candidates as per their requirement. <br/> An interview was conducted to screen the right candidates for right job by these companies. 325 trainees appeared for the screening test and out of them 30 trainees were shortlisted for placement by these companies. <br/> Dr. Nrupendra Sharma Asstt.
