The workers were educated about the various modes available for cashless transactions viz: UPI (Unified Payments Interface), USSD(Unstructured Supplementary service data), e-wallet, debit/ credit cards and Aadhaar enabled payment system. The pamphlets on Cashless Transactions were also distributed.

Mr. V. Satya Prasad, D.M (A/cs) i/c and Mr. G. Ragu D.O has visited M/s. M.S Polymers, Puducherry where they explained and educated the staff regarding digital payments and cashless transaction. They also explained its benefits in their day to day life.

Seminar was done in association with SBI and their two officers Sh N R Chouhan (Retired) and Sh Bharat Bhatt -Assistant Manager. Officers from SBI shared details about various ways to do do cashless transaction. Centre Head also shared various activities being done at the center
Sh. P.K.Das, Manager while addressing the participants, made them understand in details the benefit of Cashless transaction through debit cards, Mobile wallet and e-wallet and cash back benefit of online transaction. Sh. Kamal Nayak, Manager (A/c) also motivated the audience for opening bank accounts and future need for cashless transaction and also discussed the benefits of cashless transaction.
