The were educated about the various modes available for cashless transactions viz: UPI (Unified Payments Interface), USSD (Unstructured Supplementary service data), e-wallet, debit/ credit cards and Aadhaar enabled payment system.Pamphlets on various modes of Cashless Transactions were also distributed to the participants.

They were explained these methods to pay their day to day as well as other expenses and reduce the cash transaction. Thereafter, the queries of the member were resolved on the spot.
Staff of all four units were explained cashless transactions along with various schemes of NSIC. Sh. Raghunath, Dy. In the event Sh. Gurpal Singh (DGM cum SBM) and Sh. The officials explained about opening of bank accounts, obtaining ATM/debit cards, using the cards for payment at various commercial establishments, precautions to be taken regarding the PIN, safety and advantages over carrying cash. They were also informed about other methods available for cashless payments.

In addition to the cashless transactions, the team explained to them about our various schemes of NSIC. All present people attended the seminar.

NSIC Vijayawada branch officials visited the the unit on 24.12.2016 and had a discussion with the employees of the unit regarding cashless payment transaction through UPI/USSD/Debit cards/ Credit Cards/EPOS/ Internet Banking, Mobile Wallets Etc.
