Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC interacted with members of All India Plastic Manufacturers Association (AIPMA) represented by Shri Rituraj Gupta, President, Shri Raju Desai, Chairman, National Advisory Board and Shri Kailasha Murarka, Chairman, PlastVision India 2017 and Shri Deepak Ballani, Advisor – K AND D Communications Ltd. & Director-Xperitus Consulting Pvt Ltd. , during their visit to NSIC Corporate Office at New Delhi on 01st September, 2015. The above officials also visited NSIC’s Rapid Incubation Centre (RIC) set up at Okhla, New Delhi and appreciated the concept of RIC for self-employment generation. <br><br> During the meeting, various aspects of mutual cooperation were discussed. AIPMA has requested for NSIC’s assistance in organizing PLASTIVISION INDIA 2017 Exhibition. They also appreciated facilities available on NSIC’s B2C Web Portal and agreed to promote the same amongst their members to take advantage of it by getting registered with the portal. <br><br> Shri Satvinder Singh, Sr. General Manager and Shri Sunil Tyagi, Dy. General Manager, NSIC were also present during the discussion.
Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC interacted with office bearers of Association of Ludhiana Machine Tools Industries during their visit to NSIC Corporate Office at New Delhi in August, 2015. <br> <br> The association members showed their willingness to NSIC’s proposal for organizing Machine Tools Exhibition at NSIC’s Exhibition ground at New Delhi. They also showed willingness to get registered their members under NSIC’s B2C Portal. <br> <br> Mr. Sukhdial Singh, President and Mr. Manjit Singh Matheroo, General Secretary of Association of Ludhiana Machine Tools Industries alongwith other members applauded NSIC’s efforts for their services to MSME sector and expressed that their industry members can further progress with effective utilization of NSIC’s services. Mr. Satvinder Singh, Sr. General Manager and Mr. Sunil Tyagi, Dy. General Manager, NSIC were also present during the discussion.
Shri A.K.Mittal, CGM(SG),NSIC inaugurated the Special Hindi Training program titled " Unicode Hindi Font Mangal " on 04.09.15 in the presence of Shri Manoj Lal, GM(CC/ Trg), Shri Bhoj Prakash (Hindi Officer) NSIC. Thirty six NSIC staff/officers posted at various offices of NSIC participated in the said program. The Hindi Month celebrations will encourage all the staff/officers NSIC to use of Hindi by way of focused sessions quiz, essay writing, Training programs on Digital Marketing, Time Management etc.
Shri P.Udayakumar, Director (P&M) interacting with the participants of Executive Development Program focusing on use of Hindi language on 04.09.15. Thirty six NSIC personnel posted at various locations under Zone 1 , Zone 2, Zone 3 attended the said program. Speaking on the occasion, Shri P.Udayakumar, Director (P&M) encouraged the participants to make use of Hindi in our day to day work so that large number of MSMEs, youth , particularly in the rural areas can come forward to avail the benefits of NSIC Schemes. The Governor, Bangladesh Bank Dr. Atitur Rahman during his recent visit to India met Shri Kalraj Mishra, Hon`ble Minister, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises along with Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC and held discussions regarding opportunities of mutual growth of MSME sector both within India and Bangladesh.
NSIC is continuously strengthening its systems and process for ensuring excellent dissemination of the benefits of NSIC schemes to the MSME sector. On the occasion of Sadhbhavna Diwas, NSIC joined the Nation in administering the “Sadhbhavna Pledge” to eschew violence and promote goodwill amongst people. Shri A.K.Mittal, CGM(SG), NSIC and Shri Gaurang Dixit, GM(SG), NSIC administered the pledge along with the employees. Speaking on the occasion Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC stated that NSIC is on a tremendous growth path and all of us must work in harmony to enable NSIC touch new heights. M/s HIYAR JAGOT at Guwahati, Assam, a NSIC (Guwahati) Incubator Trainee received 1st prize in National Productivity and Innovation Award (2013-2014) in Textiles & Garments Sector for her innovative product "Palakote" (Readymade Mekhala-Chador). NSIC has renewed its MOU agreement with Corporation Bank under Bank Tie up Scheme marking it as a beginning of its second innings under tie up arrangement to help MSMEs with credit facility . The renewal of MOU has been complemented by NSIC’s sustained endeavours to help MSMEs in getting credit from banks under its Bank tie up Scheme. The MOU envisages growth and promotion of MSME Sector in the country empowering them to withstand the global competition. The agreement was signed by Sh. RajanTrehan, General Manager, NSIC and Sh. M.A Rasheed General Manager, Corporation Bank. Also present on this occasion was Ms. Himani Shali, Product Manager (Bank Credit facilitation Scheme) from NSIC.
Sh. Ravindra Nath, Chairman & Managing Director, NSIC inaugurated the Job Fair organized by NSIC Technical Service Centre (NTSC), Okhla, New Delhi on August 5, 2015. The objective of the Job Fair was to provide employment opportunities through campus placement to trainees undergoing various demand driven, industry oriented skill/ Entrepreneurship development training courses run by the centre. <br><br> The 14 companies from divergent fields like Munjal Showa Pvt. Ltd., Accurate Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd, Star Wire, Data Soft, Humidin, Magna Rico Powertrain Pvt. Ltd., Devine Meditech, Adaan Digital Solutions etc. to name a few, participated in the event and selected candidates as per their requirement. <br><br> A thorough written test followed by interview by these companies was conducted to screen the right candidates for right job by these companies.
