NSIC – Technical Services Centre (Neemka) in association with National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), Faridabad organised “One Day Training Programme on “Marketing, Branding, Communication and Packaging for Artisans” on 05.02.2019 in which around 50 Artisans have participated to attend the programme from all over India.. On the occasion, different distinguished artisans sharing their views and experiences in their business field. The entire programme well-coordinated under the guidance of DGM NSIC- Shri. Rajesh Kumar. The participants appreciated about the programme and infrastructure and technologies set up by NSIC in Faridabad (Haryana).
Ministry of MSME in association with Department of Public Enterprises and FICCI organised a Stakeholders Meeting with CPSEs on 05th Feb 2019.The Program was presided over by Dr.Arun Kumar Panda, Secretary ,MSME ,Ms.Alka Nangia Arora, Joint Secretary ,MSME , Shri Sudhir Garg, Joint Secretary, MSME & CMD,NSIC , Shri.Rajesh.K.Chaudhary, Joint Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises , wherein deliberations were held for devising a strategy for promoting effective implementation of the Procurement Policy and related challenges.
During his recent visit to Mumbai , Shri Sudhir Garg,CMD,NSIC reviewed the performance of the Zonal Office ( West) and motivated them to give their Best Performance during 2018-19 .He also visited NSIC (Navi Mumbai Branch ) including National SC ST Hub office and had a meeting with the President of Taloja Industries Association alongwith other MSME Units. A Sapling was also planted in the NSIC (Navi Mumbai) Office premises.

CMD ,NSIC Shri Sudhir Garg graced the Inaugural Session of DistribuELEC & Intellect 2019 organized by IEEMA from 04/02/2019 to 06/02/2019 at Bombay Exhibition Center, Mumbai and delivered the Key Note address on 'Way forward for MSMEs'. Among other dignitaries present were Shri Asha Ram Sihag, Secretary, Heavy Industries Govt. of India, Shri Arvind Singh, Principal Secretary, Energy, Govt. of Maharashtra & CMD, MSEDCL etc .
NSIC has initiated a series of programs titled "NSIC -Knowledge Series " wherein eminent speakers are invited to give a Talk on subject of topical interest. In this context, NSIC conducted a program on "Mind Mapping through Meditation "on 04 Feb 2019 for the youth of NSIC – Technical Service Centre at New Delhi. The program focused on understanding the self, its inner resources & strengths, and developing attributes to relieve stress and anxiety and the highest level of personal integrity. Shri Manoj Lal,GM (SG) (CC) ,Shri O.P.Singh,DGM (Centre head of NTSC Okhla),Ms.Hina Sharma,AM(HRM) were present and inaugurated the program.
NSIC Technical Services Centre ,Rajpura organized "Sarpanch Meet" on 01.02.2019 for awareness of various skill training courses and NSIC schemes to newly elected Sarpanch of Rajpura block.Total 45 Nos of Sarpanch of various village surrounding the Centre Participated in the program. Shri Baldev Singh ,Block President ,Rajpura applauded Centre's imitative for organizing such meet which made aware newly elected surpanch's about various skill training courses undertaken by Centre and NSIC Schemes.Shri Baldev Singh asked present sarpanch's to make more and more people to aware about NSIC Training courses and NSIC Schemes in their respective villages for the benefit of unemployed youths. Shri Gulzar Singh Chouhan ,SEPO (Social Education and Panchayat Officer) Rajpura shared need for skill training to rural unemployed youth and shared that they will support NSIC for organizing such events in villages at Rajpura block for more awareness of NSIC Training courses and NSIC Schems. Shri Ram Kumar Yadav DGM and Centre Head shared about details of training courses undertaken at the Centre,Testing activities and NSIC Schemes to all the participants.
Sh. Sudhir Garg, CMD NSIC today inaugurated Online File Tracking System. Online File Tracking System is another step towards Smart Office in NSIC. This system will help in tracking the status of interdepartmental file movement in NSIC and thus increasing the efficiency.
Sh. Sudhir Garg, CMD, NSIC presented his address in the Seminar on Marketing Linkages for MSMEs and Exporters organized by Government of Odisha, MSME Department during the Odisha International MSME Trade Fair-2019 being organized at Bhubaneshwar. He apprised the participants on the need to enhance their competitiveness by building appropriate market linkages not only at domestic level but also at international level.
